Tip no 1 .
Drink at minimum 8 glasses of water for every day (more for the duration of the summer or if you practice sports). Proper hydration is very important to maintain skin young for longer also as it makes all your body work better. It assists also to get rid of toxins. Avoid soda and caffeine drinks – try fresh juices instead.
Tips no 2.
Do you have glow and irritated skin on your hands? Put on rubber gloves at the same time as cleaning your house. Perhaps they are not so comfortable, but they will prevent your hands from being destroyed by the chemicals in cleaning products and unclean water. Before leaving to bed, apply petroleum or fresh olive oil on your hands and after that slip them into fiber gloves. When you will awaken in the first sun light, you will discover exposed your hands to be soft and smooth.
Tip no 3 .
Tip for softer body skin: add a bit of honey (which is an outstanding polish material) to your bathing soap and massage it all over your body. Sugar massage will get better blood flow and it helps in removing the lifeless cells. You can add ground coffee to have even improved results
Tip no 4 .
Then the after that day… why not to have a rub with the sea salt to get rid of body toxins and to calm down.
Tip no 5 .
Sleep enough not to sense tired, worry less, eat properly and giggle a lot. This combination works improved than most of cosmetics on the market. It will create you feel better and look younger for years!
